It is again my sad duty to report the passing of another GGHG WW II Veteran, Tpr. William (Bill) Soo of Burlington Ontario, on February 16, 2017. Bill served in Europe and was in the Recce Troop alongside fellow Veteran Ed Stafford with whom he had a pleasant chat when they bumped into each other at last year’s Warriors’ Day Parade at the CNE.
The Soo family would like to thank the GGHG Association as Trooper Soo was a very, very proud member of this organization. In keeping with his wishes the family is having a private ceremony.
On behalf of all Members of the GGHG Association, I offer our most sincere condolences to the Soo family at this time of loss.
