Daks, Colleen (21 Sept 17)
It is with sadness that I convey the news of the passing yesterday (September 21, 2017) of Sgt Colleen Daks, the Chief Clerk of the unit from June 2008 – June 2009. Colleen was a fixture in the Brigade as a Reserve Clerk and worked for many years with 7 Tor R and 32 CER. When she transferred to the Reg F, she brought her extensive finance knowledge to us as our Chief Clerk and always looked out for the welfare of the troops. She lost her hard fought battle with cancer yesterday and we send our strength and support to her husband Sergio (Ferrigno – also in the forces, past 32 CER) and her young children Alex and Brianne.
