It is with sadness that we have recently learned of the peaceful passing Dorothy Shanley at her residence in Port Perry with her family by her side on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at the age of 84.
She was the wife of the late James (Jim) Thomas Shanley , GGHG WW II Veteran who passed away on April 29, 2010.
She is survived by her children, Carol Irvine and her husband Ken of Prince Albert, Ont., Brian and his wife Donna of Burketon and Michael of Ashburn. A memorial service was held in Ajax, Ontario on November 16, 2012 followed by a private family interment at Erskine Cemetery.
